Our Approach

Our team of experienced clinicians uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), behavioral intervention, exposure and response prevention (ERP), and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.

DBT Skills Groups. Now Enrolling!

ElevateMind is now offering structured, skills-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups for adolescents (13–18), young adults (18–25), and adults (26+).


These groups are designed to help participants:

• Manage intense emotions more effectively
• Reduce conflict at home, school, or work
• Improve communication and boundaries
• Build practical coping skills that actually work


Groups meet once per week and follow a 12-week skills curriculum with rolling admissions, so participants can join without waiting for a new cycle to begin.
